Our story

The One Three Group is the parent company to six specialist business and lifestyle management companies.

We started from a straightforward view: high-level support works best when it comes from specialists, rather than from one team asked to cover everything. So we run six separate companies, each with its own people and its own field.

eleVare covers the support functions a business relies on: executive assistance, accounting, business compliance, HR, operations and virtual office services. Sideline provides admin and finance management to the sport and entertainment industries, where commissions and deal fees work differently. Nurture provides small business owners with coaching, mentoring, templates, courses and a community of people at the same stage. Sorores CIC provides business support, coaching and mentoring to founders from underrepresented communities. Xylo manages the detail of private life, from travel and events to the running of a household. The Xylo Gift Studio curates bespoke personal and corporate gifts.

Keeping the companies distinct means each one stays focused on its own area of work. It also means you only need one relationship with us, however many of them end up involved.

The One Three Group was founded and is led in London by Zelica Jones, following 25 years in business operations and luxury services. The companies are held to the same standards throughout, and specialist teams deliver the work in each one.

What to expect
  1. Tell us what you need. You don't have to work out which company it sits with. That's our job.
  2. We bring in the right company. Or two of them, if the work spans both. They already work together.
  3. You keep one point of contact. However many teams are involved, you deal with one person throughout.
